Step 1 — Define your requirement
We start with your household: its size, the tasks involved, the nationality and language you prefer, and your budget. The aim is a suitable match the first time, not a catalogue of everything we have.

Step 2 — Shortlist and selection
We send you profiles matched on experience, skills and personal circumstances, and you choose. No procedure begins before you have approved a specific candidate.
Typical duration: 1–3 days3
Step 3 — Contract and Musaned documentation
The contract is documented electronically through Musaned at the agreed price and duration, and a copy is issued to you. Your rights and the worker's are written, not verbal.

Step 4 — Visa and processing
We handle the visa, medical examination, attestations and travel booking with the source-country office, and keep you updated at every stage.
Typical duration: 3–8 weeks depending on country5
Step 5 — Arrival and follow-up
We receive the worker, hand her over to you, and follow up through the statutory period. If the placement does not work out, replacement is a contractual right — not a favour.
